Is it really a collapse or a monetary reset? Are we in a inflationary or deflationary environment?

People have still not bought into the inflationary narrative if I go by the questions I continue to get in events like the Spaced I held yesterday on Twitter. Why will the dollar fall? What is an inflationary collapse that some of the doom and gloom websites speak of? And are we in an economic winter or economic spring?
