If your subscription expired prior to 29 July and you did not renew, the new website will require you to register again to subscribe.

If you were an active Insiders subscriber on 29 July and unable to login you need to

1. Consider your username as your registered email address
2. Click on forgot password and create a new one
2. Login with the new password and verify your phone number

These steps while taken by most of you, are still pending for a few-100 of you

Kindly complete the process to be able o access the website and renew your service
